Service Hours & Days
We are available to serve your needs 6 days a week by Appointment Only. Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6 PM. Service requested on holidays may be subject to a surcharge amount.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, or Cash for service. All services are NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be redone once by appointment only.
No Show Policy/Cancellation
Appointments made, changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable and will still be charged in full for all services requested in addition to any surcharges. If the client is a no-show for an appointment, we reserve the right to take our next client after 5 minutes. We reserved the right to reschedule client on our next availability and deposit will credit to that appointment. A no-show to your booked appointments may affect your future scheduling.
Our standard concierge service includes standard clipping and filing of fingernails and toenails. At this time, we do not work on ingrown toenails.
We always look to provide you with a professional English speaking; licensed nail technicians. Our utensils are always sanitized to provide clients with a top rate experience. As a company, we do not tolerate indecent exposure, sexual harassment, flirting, violence and/or verbal abuse. If any of this takes place, we have the right to refuse or stop service at any point, a refund will not be issued and criminal charges may be filed if and when applicable.
For your safety and the safety of our nail technicians, it is required that full disclosure is given at the time of booking your appointment regarding any medical issues and/or conditions you or your guests or the person you are booking on behalf of may have. It is also imperative that we are aware of potential contagious conditions on your hands and feet. If such a condition exists, we cannot provide service(s) to you without written consent from your physician. We cannot provide services if open or infected wounds are present. If you have such a condition or think one may exist, please notify of us promptly before the service.
Children should be supervised at all times, and remain respectful of those receiving services around them. This is your time to relax and rejuvenate!
Only full-set nail enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 3 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you notice light chips or lifting in the first 3 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 3 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $5+ each. Lacquer polish services are Not guaranteed. Please bring your receipt to show proof of services.
No Pets allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid with a disability are welcome.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. MobiNail is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
Waiver of Liability/Clean Utensils
MobiNail makes every effort to ensure that clients are not subjected to any bacterial/fungal infections by using new files, buffers and foot files on each person in addition to disinfecting all non-disposable tools in hospital-grade disinfectant between each client. The Client releases MobiNail, its technicians, parent company, and affiliates of any and all liability as a direct or indirect result of services rendered.
Promotional and Credit
MobiNail time to time will have loyalty customer programs such refer-a-friend, free time card, as such. Any promotional can be cancelled without prior notice and unclaimed balance deemed invalid.
- 10th X Free – Customers get nail service at MobiNail for the 9th times (9X) and will receiver the 10th time (10X) Free. Customers may not combine with other this discounts or promotion such as 40% discount service.
- Refer-a-Friend – Customer will get $10 toward service credit for referring each friend that received nail service of $35 or more each time
